Heather Simard, Office Manager

Heather is the Office Manager at the Law Offices of Jeffrey J. Holley LLC., where her experience and organizational skills ensure the daily operations run smoothly. Her daily tasks include:

  • Front desk supervision
  • Implementing efficient and current filing systems
  • Establishing and monitoring procedures for record keeping
  • Ensuring high security and confidentiality of client files
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments and meetings on a daily and weekly basis
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory

Heather graduated from Katharine Gibbs Business School, Norwalk, CT with a Certification in Executive Assistant in 1998.
